Alfonso Senior Quevedo was born in Barranquilla, Colombia on November 2nd, 1912, He was a sports leader, he was the 1st president and the founder of Azul y Blanco Millonarios Futbol Club S.A. He liked soccer too much, he even preferred to spend more time in the office and in the stadium than at home.

He had a very large house because of the number of children he had, full of luxuries consistent with the money he earned as the president of the best team of the time in Colombia. The offices of the inside of the sports headquarters of the team had as much comfort as possible to make him feel at home.

On June 18th, 1946 Alfonso Senior was elected president of Millonarios FC, becoming the first. He is one of the official founders of he club. His name is associated with the "El Dorado" era of Colombia football for having brought Argentine players or great renown as Alfredo Di Stefano, Adolfo Pedernera and Nestor Raul Rossi to the country. Founder of Dimayor, co-founder of Fenalco, Aciba and other important Colombian entities. Decorated by president Andres Pastrana, as well as by the Colombian senate and the government of Perú.
